「If I do what may you be able to expand an attractive program 」「With a correct Scouting something」.
My student lifes that I did a Scoutmaster like this started collecting reference datas,
wholeheartedly would like to settle a subject an interval.

Between those days, That was like a tracking hiking that everyday probes know-how of a former, since its way back of Univercity was a second-hand book store town of Kanda just for me.

Present, I have it roughly 1000 books. From Datas and Post Stamps for Boy and Girl Scout/Guide in the worldwide,to various yong people group and a social educational literature in question even includes various topics.With object that changes, there is a first edition of " Aids to Scouting " hand book and " Scouting for Boys " under Russia and a " 少年先鋒隊 （ Young Pioner " of the People's Republic of China ）.

So that only this collects it, surely it had trouble.
Go attach of as for the master of second-hand book store, receiving " since money is good behind " and favor, a cooperation also of a supply and a wife,of valuable data from a friends is ,thanks you greatly.Whether my such senior scouts may lead to it or not at that time pass, present as completing a Woodbadge Course, a Groupmaster,a group chairperson of Woodbadge basis Course and Chaierman of District, are remarkably active more than me, so glad thing isn't as this.

For saying that I read a book, now, may the present how much effort be paid.
Also,May it not be important to trace a footprint of a former, as reading a book thoroughly, for a subject solution an interval.In my library, seeming not to be applied with a mere collection, justis Book as it doesn't read only of having piled it.

To be able to search data that I request instantly, I input data for an inferior personal computer's BBS( correspondence )and Data base of personal computer. As you I help it for me by someone of Rover Scouts.一

- - - -The 12th of August was the opening day of the 23rd World Conference at the Tokyo Prince Hotel,
a special Scout cancellation in red was used along with an ordinary red one. In addition, two regular black cancels were also used.
contrary to the regulation followed at the Jamboree, one cut put four cancels on one stamp on a cover.
There were two Scouts on Stamps displays at the World Conference Exhibition Hall --
one put up by the new Nippon Scouts on Scouts on Stamps Association Chapter which
has been formed under the leadership of Mr. Ueda which showed aome of the stamps in Asakazu,SAKASHITA'S collection.
SOSSI showed a 12 frame　Exhibition of outstanding material from the collection of Harry D. Thoresen,Jr. of Glenview,
Lllinois: Sheldon S, Levy of New York City: Reg C, Morris of Hollfston, Mass: Philippe van Hille of Ghent,Belgium and
selected sheets of the 1971 Scouts on Stamps issues from the collection of Wiliam E, Hoffmann.
This fine exhibition attracted a great deal of favorable attention.
We were greatly honored by having a nice delegation of our Japanese Collection Friend come to the airport to see us off on the 13th of August.- - - -

■History of Adachi-Ku.


　The Adachi-Ku is estimated that it was damp ground and wasteland with a portion of the low damp ground belt to contact with a seaside, several years ago.
An origin of the name of a place called " Adachi " isn't clear, Several years ago, around Adachi Ku by saying to a mask that it grew for a reeds (Stand in a reed) and there is a theory that it became " Adachi " that peoples say.
　" Adachi " of the oldest object listed, is written with Tenpai 7 years ( western calendar 735 years ) with Wood-engraving from Nijo-Oji of Heijo kyo discovered for the name of a place.
　Got as being under a management of Edo curtain prefecture, after that, as becoming Muromachi times, become Chiba his territory, as increasing since a time of Kamakura times also to a village.
　As becoming Meiji times, belong to jurisdiction of Tokyo prefecture, in Meiji 11 years(1878 ) ,47 Machis and Muras durability Minami-Adachi-Gun was set up and were enrolled by Tokyo prefecture.
　On May, Meiji 22years(1889) , on the occasion of an enforcement of municipality and Machi and Mura system, Adachi merged it with a separation of a town and a village and became 1 town 8 villages ( behind in Meiji 24 years(1891), 1 town 9 villages ).
　Adachi Ward was born as considering an original Minami-Adachi-Gun ( 10 Machi and Muras ) as one Ku, by a city range extension, on October,Showa 7 years(1932) .
　Scold, added it shot as Tokyo-to Adachi-Ku newly and became current Adachi Ku, by an enactment of a local autonomous law, in Showa 22 years(1947) after that, on July 1st,Showa 18 years(1943) capital system pass a boundary change.
Then, on April,Showa 50 years(1975) , by an alteration of a local autonomous law for public election system of a headperson of a Ku, 23 year after an autonomy expanded it a grade to revive.
